My Jeep broke down on Friday afternoon at the beginning of the Memorial Day Weekend. I needed a tow and a repair. This guy was very prompt and got started on my repairs immediately. The price was fair and I got my Jeep back the same day. I was really concerned being out of town and a holiday weekend that I would get taken advantage of by the repair shop. It was the complete opposite. It was probably the best repair service I have ever had had. If you were closer to SLC I would take my Jeep there every time. more

GOOD RATING-GOOD BUSINESS 8/19/2010

Good: Go out of their way to help customers. Shop is clean and professional. Great attitude, even on a hot day.. Bad: Nothing. We liked everything. Other: My brother's car wouldn't start at Maverick. It was too hot to walk anywhere. Found Arches Repair on the internet and Pat came and picked us up. What a nice classy guy! We just had a dead battery, quickly fixed, but we didn't know a soul in Moab and felt lucky to find this repair shop. While we were there, he was calling around for a motel for some stranded tourists. He seems to know everybody and is well-liked. This is a quality business.. more

The Hottest Car Repair in MOAB 5/24/2010

Believe me it gets hot in Moab. That's why my family ONLY uses Arches Repair Center. When relatives pile in with their Jeeps, they also go there. Locals here know that this is the best place. We have also rented cars there and they all get good mileage. When I drive to Grand Junction to shop, I make sure Pat or Brian has checked it so I don't break down. Keep up the good work. more

excellent service in Moab 5/24/2010

I got excellent service last week in Moab at Arches Repair Center. They were so busy, but they picked me up at my hotel and treated me first class. The car repair did not take as long as I thought and I was on my way with very little hassle. Thanks you guys! more

positve update on "ripped off!" review 5/24/2010

The owner of Arches Auto called me after seeing my review and explained why he and his staff responded the way they did to my car's problem. He seemed genuinely troubled that I was so upset with the result of my experience there and his explanation made sense. He really wanted to make it right. I was pleasantly surprised. He refunded my money and offered to refund me additional money to cover expenses. I declined the additional money but accepted his explanation and refund. Judy's Book does not allow the removal or editing of posted reviews, but I wanted to update this to reflect this positive experience. He could not have been nicer and I really was impressed with his call, and follow up service. So thanks for Pat Rippee and Arches Auto for setting things right. more

ARCHES-GREAT AUTO REPAIR, BEST TECHS 5/24/2010

When you live in Moab, like me, you have to be careful about the auto repair shops you go to. When others come and go, Arches grows every year because they give the kind of service which is hard to find here. Locals here know how competent and nice they all are. And honest. Pat is very giving to the community and to charity. When you are in town, if you're in need of repairs, "this is the place". more
