Well after posting this the Owner of the Franchise actually called me not to make excuses but to say he was sorry and is sending me a coupon for dinner on them.
Ordered at the window: two Arby’s Roast Beef & Cheese, classics, Fish sandwich, loaded potato bites, large, and two onion rings; my girlfriend’s kids love your onion rings. Continued driving to Girlfriend’s house about 20 miles from Culpeper. Arrived with the kids all happy, ”ARBYS”! The onion rings are missing and there are no napkins, no sauces (asked for extra Arby sauce, ketchup and tartar sauce). So I looked in the phone book and the number for Arbys was disconnected, called 411 and got connected, spoke to the manager, she tells me to come back and she will make it right. I cannot spend an hour to drive back; we are heading in the opposite direction. She said I would have a credit at the store for the onion rings, I live 300 miles away from this store. She began to get annoyed, I was asking for a coupon or a refund sent to my address; at first she said she couldn’t help me that way then she asked for my address and said the coupon was in the mail and hung up. That was two weeks ago, she obviously did nothing after she hung up on me. If the manager had just been somewhat polite, she accused me of making this up toward the end of our conversation, like I need to rip off Arbys for some onion rings; I had two unhappy little girls that had no onion rings. I trust this is not how you manage your restaurants. Now they have no idea, never heard of me and I have no credit with them for the onion rings.
