The receptionist was very friendly on the phone, and continued with to be so in person when I arrived. I did not have to wait long at all to see the vet (Dr. Perkins). He was very thorough in his exam, recommendations, and explanations about my cat's condition. I found their prices to be very fair and reasonable, and neither he nor the staff tried to 'up sell' me anything I did not really need (which had been a problem at my previous vet). They called two days later to check on my old girl and see how she was doing, and if I had any questions. When I came in for a recheck later, I saw his other staff vet, Dr. May, and she was equally pleasurable to deal with.\r
