My husband and I think they sold us a used tank. We bought a NanoCube and stand, and when we tried to set it up, nothing happened: the motor didn't start and the lights didn't work. We had to call the manufacturer b/c the store said no refunds. The manufacturer said that they test all of their equipment before they ship it. The box the tank came in was opened when we bought it, but we figured they just had it out on display or something. We took out the lighting, and one set of bulbs had gone out. You could hear the little broken filament rattling around if you shook it. We couldn't have done anything to it, if we just turned on the switch, so we think the problem originated at the store.
Cons: Understaffed, dirty looking
