Contacted BBB about this store. I think it is a shame that they treat people the way they do. It's as if they pick and choose who to 'waste' time on. Then, when you go to that store, ONLY, you do not beifit from it either. I have been going there since May 1st, and used them to get our 125G up and running. New pumps, thermostat, salt, live sand and rock, and our fish. It is a shame that we have purchashed 14 fish from that store, 10 on July 6 and 5 on Aug. 3. Out of all 15 fish (which are all VERY small at time of purchase), 1 fish from July (a little Damsel), and more recently, 1 fish from Aug. 3 died. I called him about the 1 from the Aug purchase, and he just didn't want to waste time w/me on the phone. It's sad, we have 3 other tanks yet, to get up and running, and he is going to lose us over a Diamond Goby, and $26.99, so what, a $10 profit, or more, but close, and he is going to not want to continue w/the profits from us, and we are just one customer. He will continue to lose people, and soon enough, will have no one. Sad sad sad. I really hope that the BBB can fix this, I kinda like that place!
