My husband and I went to Deborah Cowen for couples counseling and it ended up being horrific. She was completely biased, and did not try to mediate or resolve issues. She started verbally ""labelling"" me on our fist visit before we had even established a rapport. I was totally attacked and left there feeling so angry. Now I am reluctant to try any other type of couples counseling.
