fast, efficient, and friendly 12/18/2012

I search around before I decided to go with the Appliance Doctor. I spoke with Mark about my issue about my dishwasher. He told me that he had a tech in the area that day and he would send him. The tech was friendly, he got going right on the job after I explained the situation. He was able to diagnosis the problem right away! I've used other companies before and they tried to "sell" me parts I didn't need, but not them. I have recommended them to my friends and family. On another note, don't let that post below sway your decision to use them. I saw it, and actually thought it was some cruel EX, and that's sad! What kind of person does that? Anyways they were awesome! Thanks again. Happy Holidays! more

Awesome service!!!! 12/17/2012

I found this company to be fast and reliable. I call the other day and they came right out. Fixed my dryer and was very pleasant. Before I called them, I looked around and read reviews. They offered a free estimate and didn't try to overcharge me. I saw a negative review about them, appears below this, I didn't let it affect me, cuz apparently it seems someone is mad, maybe a crazy ex? Anyways, I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you appliance Doctor for fixing my dryer, look forward to doing business with you in the future. more

TWO APPLIANCES-SAME DAY!! 10/31/2012

Both my refrigerator AND washer broke today. I called Appliance Doctor who happended to be in the area already. He was there within the hour and was able to fix BOTH appliances. Thanks Doc!! more

Great Service!!! Saved the day 4/20/2012

I called today to have my refrigerator repaired as I was losing all my food and The Appliance Doctor came here a few hours later. They had the part right on the truck. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Appliance Doctor For quick & Great service! more

Great Service 4/19/2012

I called for a free estimate on my refrigerator and they came the same day. They had the part on the truck and saved me from losing all my food. I had just went shopping the other day to fill my frig. I would recommend them highly!!! more

The worst service call I have ever made 9/22/2011

This company came out to fix my dishwasher. They left without testing it to see if it worked. When I ran the dishwasher it was leaking water worse than before they tried to fix it. I called them back to ask when they are coming back to fix it and they hung up on me. Disguting way to treat a customer. more
