Great service as always. Yesterday they came to repair a microhood. They had already ordered the part and had it on hand. When the repairman looked at the microhood he said ""I'll bet this part is under warranty"", made a quick phone called, and saved me the $200 for the part. I was only billed for the service call.
I had already tried to get Sears, whom I bought the microhood from to repair it. I had ordered the part from them, they sent the totally wrong thing, billed me for it without telling me it was under warranty. I sent it back and am still waiting for a refund.
Lesson learned, I should have used the local business to start with.
