Terrible experience!!! I purchased an expensive Sony HDTV from Appliance Alliance and within 2 months it was dead. I called them and they refered me to a repair shop who would take care of me. I was told that several major components went in the TV. It took several months to be worked on. During all this time I was calling Appliance Alliance trying to find out what was going on, first they told me that they would get me a new one, then they said that they would get me an extended warrenty. They told me they would call me back. They just stopped calling me back and then I would call and leave message and they would not return them. When I went to Appliance Alliance I thought I would give a "little guy"my business. Yes, I would pay a little more but get better customer service. Boy, was I wrong. Awful service, rude manager, bad quality and they just washed their hands of the problem once the TV was out the door. What a shame!
