we bought from them 1.5 year back and we have had nothing but problems with it- they sold us a lemon piece floor model and are not willing to admit it- on top of that they want to charge us for coming out and fixing the item which should not have been broken in the first place. \r \r their claim is- ""its out of warranty""- how can we expect a high end item to stop working barely a few months out of warranty?- clearly they are selling damaged products\r \r so its better to buy from reputable national chains who stand by their claims rather than good-for-nothing ""local"" store more

Service Technician Was Great! 11/14/2007

Our fridge was collecting water in the bottom. Apparently the drain had been clogged. The technician took the time to not only fix the problem, he also explained everything to me in a way I could understand and also helped me clean out behind the fridge. Great service! We called on a Tuesday and they came out within a day or two. more
