Service Departments 4/2/2006

Appleway service is working to provide customer service for many styles of vehicles. They have a friendly staff and are eager to help. I have had my car in for warranty repairs and they took care of me. They offered me a ride home, washed my veh when done, and provided me transportation back to there dealership to pick up my veh when complete. My hats off to al those folks more

Depends if your under warranty or not 5/25/2005

I had some good and some bad experiences with Appleway. If your under warranty with your car you have to tell them to give you a free rental car. Your car warranty provides this but they try to argue their way out of offering it. They tell you the car has to be in for 24 hours minum to provide this, so how do you get home? Everytime I would use there phone and call Chevy customer service and then they would have to get on the phone to get a ok for it. They give you better service if you are a cash paying customer instead of warranty work. more
