AppleOne Employment Svcs, Glendale Branch / Apalling 7/6/2012

Two thumbs down. I called and spoke with an associate in the Glendale office, who requested I email my resume. I haven t heard back? and though I may be overqualified, or not suitable to their needs?one expects some sort of minimal response, which is so easy with standardized technology. What does poor follow through and sloppy communication say about a company that is supposed to value thoroughness and precision in their workers? \r Bub-bye. more

Apple One Employment Svc - Cerritos - ghastly 12/18/2009

Run -don't walk-away from interviewing with the Cerritos, CA branch. Specifically with an assistant branch manager with a "chipper" voice. This assistant branch manager randomly emailed me regarding a permanent, salaried position after finding my resume on an employment website. At first I thought her email was spam since it contained poor grammar and a misspelling, but no. After I contacted her, she arranged a phone interview for me with the client, but would not tell me many specifics about the company - later I'd find out why. After the phone interview went well, she then informed me that not only did they want to interview me the day after next - bright and early in the morning an hour and a half away, let's say around 9:30 a.m.- but that I'd have to first drive to her offices (30 minutes away from the interview site), to be there two hours before the interview at 7:30 a.m. so she could interview me. She did not go out of her way to give me much information so that I could more

SUCKS 6/27/2008

They just get you to meet up with them and go through 3 or 4 hours of testing....they carry big promises that they actually call people two or three times a week for jobs, NOT TRUE.\r I've been registered with them for over 2 months and gone through two interviews with them in two different offices. \r They never called not for a single interview and when I even tried to contact them to follow up, one of the account executive i met with yelled at me saying that i shouldn't call or follow up or even apply to any of their ads i see online because I'm confusing the whole office.\r VERY bad service, and waste of time!! more

I didn't personally have a good experience with this company. I went thru hours upon hours of paperwork and it didn't really ever pan out to a good job for me. i also felt I have to "chase" them to get paid. more

Go here only as a last resort. They dont know what they are doing here and wont place you unless you bother them day and and day out, and even then I am not so sure... they give you a series of computer 'tests" even if they do not relate in any way to what you are trying to do, and dont care if you have an associates degree or a masters degree because they probably dont know the difference more
