Low Service Standards! 3/24/2011

Note: The appliance in question is 10 years old and has been broken since I moved into a rental property 2 weeks ago. Also, there is NO WAY that this company's positive reviews are genuine...no way. So, on to the review...\r \r I'm a bit taken aback by all of the positive reviews for this place. The technician was friendly enough and presented himself professionally but his standard for quality work seems unsettlingly low! We have a problem with our gas stove where the flame is high on 10, medium on 9, and simmers on 7. The flame then goes out from the low setting all the way up to 6 even though gas still leaks. Clearly there's a problem with the gas delivery. Also, only one of the four igniters works. So, how did the tech fix our problem? He scraped out some carbon from our burners with a safety pin and said that it's working fine now because we can just set the dial to "8" and we get our simmer. Really? Truly great customer satisfaction 11/21/2010

These guys are truly great when it comes to customer satisfaction. They had fixed the sensor on my fridge, but a couple days later when i called to say it "maybe" wasnt working as well, they ARRIVED THE SAME DAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND FREE OF CHARGE. \r \r They are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will gladly recommend them and engage them for any future work. more

Responsive, fair and thorough 11/20/2010

Oven ignitor was not working, GE Appliance Repair couldn't come until Nov 29th, Sears Repair couldn't come until Dec 2 so we were under pressure to get our oven repaired before Thanksgiving. We live in Ashburn Village and we found them in an advertisement in our HOA newsletter. Called them on Friday afternoon, they were here at 11am this morning. Diagnosed the problem and left to go back to the shop to get the part. Returned an hour later and had our oven running and put back together within 30 minutes. Neil, the owner is very prompt, knowledgeable and expeditious. They even had a coupon for $20 off the repair. Great service and no extra charge for weekend repair. more

Fantastic same day service, fast and reasonably priced 3/4/2010

Same day service, emailed for info in the morning and they had a knowledgable and friendly tech on-site by lunch time.\r \r Confirmed the problem, cost as agreed previously and job well done including cleaning up.\r \r Recommend them for appliance repair and glad to be able to use a good local company more
