I know the title makes little sense: But it will in a minute. We went to ABC after work for a farewell drink for a coworker of ours. We had good service. We only ordered apps. but they were good. The wings were excellent. The blue cheese was cheap and watery though. Then when I went to pay, I used my visa check card, the waitress came back and said it was declined, which was very embarrassing...I then used a credit card to pay. The next day I checked my bank statement and ABC had a hold on my account for the amount that I was told was rejected. I called the bank and was told that the transaction was not rejected. I then called ABC at 3pm on next business day, Monday. And the person that answered the phone said nobody could help me but Karen, who wasn't in. I was very frustrated, as I am not rich and now I am in danger of possibly bouncing a check. Where did customer service go in America? Just be careful with this place when paying with a check card. It is suspicious.
