PI took my Pioneer to APM and they are the cleanest shop I have ever seen. Very professional & everyone you talk to are friendly & will to help. Here is my story. I was told upfront the tech’s were back logged two weeks. Did like it, but I need it fixed. Sure enough it took two weeks & I called them, well they had it on the bench working on it but, the part needed was backed ordered. I said, yeah right. I decided to call Pioneer. Well, APM was right, part back order and no eta. Long story short my Pioneer was there for 3 more weeks until finally I said, I am going to pick it up. I didn’t get my estimate fee. I understand not their fault. They did what I paid them to do. The lady gives me my receipt and tells me. If the part comes in, your fee is good for 30 days. If you find the part else where within the 30 days bring it back and we will only charge you the labor. I said okay. I friend of mine looked in craigslist and found an old Pioneer and we took the board out match the number s that APM had given us and WOW…. Talk about happy. We took it 31 days later. She notice the date said; okay we will repair it. Done deal…………..my old Pioneer is working great as before. With this story am telling all the review readers, there is always 2 sides of the story. APM is a great repair shop. Angel is a true tech and will not sugar code what he has to say. I am a witness of that. But bottom line is that he is old school tech and I hope he stays in business for a long, long time. Can’t find good and real technicians now in days.Professional and Honest. more

APM Electronics provides high quality repair at a low cost to customers. \r \r I had my Sony Tv and my stereo repaired. They were right on the money, on time and saved me some money. APM was able to repair it, instead of replacing the part. So there I saved a lot of money. \r \r Now, on my stereo or should I say, turntable took some time to repair only because, they had to order a part. Being it's an older model, the part was hard to find. But, it was worth the wait. It plays now like when I bought it several years ago. \r \r APM Electronics, employees were nice, helpful and very professional. Their fees are very reasonable as well.\r \r My respects to APM Electronics, pls keep up the good work. Now in days, it's hard to find good customer service and a good repair shops. more

Great service as always 10/7/2011

We are so happy with the service APM Electronics, gave my mother. They were very patient and very professional with her. Told, her the fee cost, which has not change for the past 5 years I have done business with them, and were there on time at my mothers home. They were fast,professional from the 1st phone call to the end of the service. I Thank You APM Electronics and Staff. God bless. more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM APM 1/18/2010

Stay as far away from APM as you can. These people are untrustworthy, incompetent, give you the run around and take money for services not rendered. \r \r Stay far far away unless you want to waste your money for services that are very very poor. they are incompetent but will charge you even if they can not fix the electronics.\r \r I got the run around for 2 months when they took my TV for repair. After 2 months the TV was brought back not repaired and they had the nerve to charge me for services NOT RENDERED. I got the run around for 2 months and to add insult to injury they could not even repair it. But they sure did take my money.\r \r BE AWARE of APM. AVOID them at all cost.\r \r i would give them zero stars if it was possible but the lowest is a one star rating.\r \r Terrible company. Pros: nothing good about this company, avoid them at all costs Cons: not trust worthy, give you run around, incompetent, crooks more

Great service, Great attitudes, Great Company 9/2/2009

For those of you looking for an accurate and non-bias review, you need to read this!! I have no clue as to what happened with the very few people in here that left bad reviews but my guess would be that either these people didn't provide all the documents needed or they could have just had a bad day and needed to let it go on here. Either way the negative review below doesn't even come close to the experience I had. I had the privelage of having the owner of the company come to my house and fix my TV. \r \r I have a Panasonic 56"" DLP and the when I called Panasonic they referred me to 2 other companies that Panasonic accepts warranty work with and so I dont get sued for slander, if you own a Panasonic, you better use APM because the other 2 are the worst companies I have ever attempted to do business with. My TV sat in my living room for alomst 3 months trying to deal with the other 2 companies. APM solved my problem in less than a week (including the weekend) and the only reason why it took that long was because they had to order a part that even Panasonic says won't break for a very long time.\r \r The owner and his techs that come with are extremely polite, very professional, and really do have a desire to help you get your equipment back to working. Another great thing about this company is they give you a window of time that they will be there and both times he showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. I would recommend APM Electronics to anyone and encourage anyone who would like to know anything further on APM's excellent service you can leave a comment on here and I will be sure to respond to it.\r \r For those of you that like getting on here an blasting good companies like this because of something that was either your fault (not having all the required documents) or perhaps maybe something the manufacturer may be holding up, you should consider communicating your concerns with any company you choose to do business with before you post a negative review and make a fool out of yourself.\r \r Pros: Everything more

Worst Customer Service Ever!! 1/19/2009

I had a LG warranty on a TV and LG sent me to APM Electronics. I contacted them,they put me off until they received the work order from LG. They contacted me 10 days later to scdual a time 3 weeks later to come fix it at my house. On the day they were to fix they called to confirm and at that time asked me about the proof of purchase,i said I had my credit card receipt. That wasnt good enough. I got the receipt as asked called back and they said it would be another 2 weeks before they could get another time. When I asked why when i was told prior that they would get right to it.The person at APM electronics was unprofessional told me to have the TV fixed by someone else and hung up. They have the work order from LG,so to do that i have to start all over a 2 month process. I have a hard time believing that LG would let a local company with such horrible customer service do warranty repairs for them. I would not use these people for service repairs,if i had this much trouble before the work was done. I would hate to experience what would happen after the job was complete. I was previously in the Stereo Business for 17 years and have a working knowledge of how hard it is to make everyone happy. I am sympathic but this was the worse i have been treated over the phone by anyone in as long as i can remember. Pros: bad business practices Cons: didnt experience one. more

Great Customer Service 10/20/2008

Very polite honest company. Gave a two hour window when they would show up and they actaullay showed up in that window. They were very proffesional and fixed the TV in my home (the other companies wanted more money and would only pick up the TV). They fixed the problem quickly and were very helpful explaining what was wrong. I will definitley use them again. more

Excellent TV Repair Service 7/15/2008

This was one of the most professional repair services we have ever encountered. Yes, it took a few days to get an appointment. The servicemen called and arrived an hour ahead of time, repaired rather than replaced an expensive part that would have doubled the cost, reconnected the other equipment, explained everything and charged a reasonable price that avoided having to replace the TV -- saving thousands. If you have an older but good working TV, try fixing it before thowing it away and replacing it, your wallet and the planet will thank you. I CALL HITACHI HOT LINE SERVICE AND THEY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS. I CALL ON A SATURDAY AND THE EARLIES THEY COULD COME OUT WAS ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. THEY STATED THEY WOULD CALL AT 8:00 AM FOR AN APPOINTMENT SOMETIME THAT MORNING. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THAT CALL AND IT'S 12:18 PM. I CALL ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIALBE AND IF THEY RESPOND LIKE THIS JUST IMAGINE HOW YOUR TV WOULD LOOK AFTER THEY CLAIM TO FIT IT. more
