I hired this company for my move back in November 2009, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. The customer service rep I had was great, so I thought this might be a good company. WRONG. First, they didn't show up until two hours AFTER my window ended. About an hour before the window ended, I was starting to get worried so I called them and got transferred to the dispatch office. They told me that the truck was delayed and gave me an estimate of when the truck would show up. They were very rude about it, and acted as though I was bothering them by calling for an update. It was clear that no one had any intention of letting me know they were going to be late. When they finally arrived, only one of them spoke English. He stopped constantly to point out nicks and flaws in my furniture (for example, the coffee table had a ding in it) so that I wouldn't try to hold them responsible for it. They also refused to move our flat panel TV because they said they had no way to secure it! I ended up having them put it in the backseat of my car, but not without a lecture about how they weren't responsible for it if it got damaged. It took them two and a half hours to move a one bedroom apartment to another apartment half a mile down the road. When I initially gave them the money, I only had twenties, and he said he couldn't give me change. When they started to go over the time limit, he tried to make me pay for an extra hour even though they were horrifically late, slow and already had an extra 10 bucks. \r
Even if you have to pay more money somewhere else, don't use this place. I would rather have spent twice as much and had a smooth moving experience than go through this nightmare. I'm moving again in another month, and I will NOT be hiring these guys.
