Brian Weimann rocked my face off. Simply put. I moved here from Montana and didn't have any clue as to what I was doing. He found my roommate and I several options for what we were looking for within 15 minutes of meeting him and then proceeds to take us to each place. He drove us around the entire area around the apartment to make sure it was somewhere we wanted to live. Then after we picked a place he was gracious enough to stay with us during the application process then drive us back to the office. He flat out blew our minds. John Diaz made searching for the perfect apartment so easy..and it's FREE! We all have hectic lives with little time (or money) to spare, and I was not about to waste hours, days, or weeks searching for an apartment....John made that possible! First off, let me mention how PICKY I am. I thought there is no way some random person is going to understand everything I want and I thought an apartment locator would push you in to something you didn't really want. I was WRONG! John was so easy to talk to and he wasn't scared of my LONG lists of wants in an apartment. He was very honest about what was do-able. After a short meeting, and a trip to a few apartments (2 hours total), John knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. On our second meeting (1.5 hours total), he NAILED it. We only had to visit 4 apartments IN ALL and he found the one that fit EVERY need/amentity/want/location! After filling in my information on the company's website, Angie contacted me within 10 minutes with both an email and a phone call. I told her I was moving from Dallas and would be in Austin on Sunday and Monday and even with very short notice (about 4 days) she made an appointment with me for Monday morning. Over the weekend she had done research and found places that fit my criteria. When we finally met, she was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. She showed me a few of the properties that she thought I would like and I ended up filling out an application to the first place we visited. Angie also went out of her way to take me to the gas station across the street for me to get a money order for the application and deposit. I would definitely recommend Angie to anyone, especially if you are moving from out of town. She took all of the major stress out of finding an apartment. more

I originally found a listing for John Diaz on Craigslist. From the first phone call, I immediately liked him. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I was wanting. I had some unique challenges with two big dogs, one of which is older and cannot handle stairs. So, I had to have a place that took big dogs and a ground floor unit. I was also picky about location and gave him a very tight financial window to work within. He was very professional and assuring when I would start to get nervous about the property searches. When we finally met, he had narrowed it down to only a few properties. I really appreciated this because I didn't want to waste a lot of time looking at properties that wouldn't work. He clearly has great relationships with many of the properties in town and was able to get answers quickly. I did end up loving one of the properties that he chose for me and signed with them. John has stayed in touch even after I chose my property. I am moving out of my house I share with roommates into my own apartment. :) Although I am stoked about it, I was really stressing out about finding an apartment as I have two big dogs, and need a ground floor unit. I had to find an apartment in south austin asap with a tight budget and a dog breed that no place seemed willing to accept. I was pretty sure I had about 0% chance of finding anything that I could afford and that would take my dog anywhere in Austin, let alone in the area that I wanted. I contacted John Diaz at apartment experts and he went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he work hard to find me a place that would accept my dog and that I could afford, I had to compromise on nothing! It was within my price range, in the PERFECT location and absolutely adorable! I would have been happy with anything considering all my constraints. But somehow he found me exactly what I was looking for! We met up and he had already done the research for me, and the first place we went to look at was so far above and beyond anything I could have expected that we jumped don it immediately and will be moving in within the week! On top of everything else, he was extremely nice and accommodating and put up with my franticness in stressing about finding a place. He made me feel like I was his only customer and that he was focused 100% on finding me a place. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends who need to move.
