Fixed issue with AC 8/9/2016

We recently had issue with AC in a house we recenlty purchased. This was not disclosed to us by the previous owner and the house inspector also failed to catch the issue. We called Anton and they were able to send a technician (Danny) who quickly resolved the issue. more

The most positive experience that I have had in the sixteen years since I purchased my home; with regards to a Heating/Cooling company. I have used several other Heating/Cooling companies, and I have finally found the most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional company anywhere. On our third complete system in sixteen years and I know between the professional's at Anton's, and the quality of the Carrier brand, we are in good shape now. Great Service Consultant 4/26/2016

Dan S. was our service consultant. He did a great job explaining everything he did and answering any questions I had. He was very polite and a pleasure to meet. He was able to fix the issue quickly and double check a few other thing we needed. I would definitely ask for him specifically again. more

Dan Sloss was our service tech. He visited us the first time we called Anton's. Dan is a personable, knowledgeble, helpful tech. He visited us this last Saturday. It's like having a friend drop by to check out our heating system. Class A service as usual. more

Anton's was the RIGHT choice 10/26/2015

We recently had a blown capacitor on the outside unit ... we shopped around, tried to get educated as quickly as possible during our outage. Anton's folks were superior ---- Anton's repair and installation personnel, office personnel, and sales personnel (Scott M.) were a Godsend. Appreciate all the great advice. Fair pricing, best I could find. Equipment is terrific. Thanks again for being so professional and helpful. more

replaced thermostat 8/10/2015

Eddie did a good job and was pleasant to deal with…HOWEVER!!! We called Sunday morning for a technician and was told it would be an emergency visit and would cost 90.00 to the door..so we decided to wait until today thinking the to the door cost would be cheaper PLUS i talked to a technician 'JASON" and he was not very encouraging…said he didn't know if they had a thermostat available:: he might have to order one…it was pretty clear that at 8:00 on Sunday he didn't want to come out. The technician told us today that 89.00 was the standard to the door fee 7 days a week…this is NOT what we were told Sunday. If Jason were my employee I would FIRE HIM!!!!! more

Anton's always does a great job servicing our HVAC needs. They are polite, are always on time, do a great job, put covers on their shoes before coming in and do a great job of diagnosing problems and then fixing them. We would highly recommend them. more

Routine Maintenance Call - Totally Professional From Beginning to End 4/8/2015

My experience with Anton's and the Service Technician in particular was professional grade from setting up the appointment to the time the Service Technician completed his work. Terry was courteous, very knowledgeable, sensitive to insuring no dirty tracks (from the rainy/wet weather) were brought inside and gave me a thorough accounting of what needed to be accomplished, what was under my maintenance agreement and pricing for what needed to be considered for now or the near term. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided and Anton's whole team of professionals. more

I found them to be very professional and most importantly honest 3/9/2015

Dan looked at my furnace and figured out it was the thermostat that was actually causing the problem. I believe there are companies out there that would have told me I needed whatever made them the most money but this was a simple, relatively inexpensive fix and I greatly appreciated his honesty. Dan answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on things to be thinking about when it comes to heating and cooling. Honest guy, outstanding service. more

Anton's Heating & Air Cond 2/19/2015

I found the company to be very pricey for the work done. To clean a sensor (10 min) the cost was a little over $200 ( 89 trip charge, 113 for service). I would suggest getting quote from 3 vendors and ask them for detailed information about pricing and work done. Does the trip charge cover 30 mins of work or for just showing up. The company is very polite and courteous as are the technicians. more

Hot Water Heater Replacement 1/8/2015

Terry did a great job of determining the problem with our water heater. It needed to be replaced!. Since it was on a Friday afternoon that he came he indicated they would not be able to install a new one until Monday. As it turns out it was actually Tuesday before they were able to come. When we requested an installation early in the day Anton's complied and came at 8:00 am instead of that afternoon as they had planned. We were REALLY ready for hot water after 4 days without especially since we were experiencing the coldest temperatures we'd had since last Februaryt!!! The installation went well and we have been enjoying. We researched prices from Lowes and discovered they would have been several hundred dollars cheaper but trust Anton's to stand behind their work and went with them anyway. The STATE brand was the only one offered to us so I assume that is the one Anton's prefers. When we checked ratings other brands were rated higher but again we are trusting Anton's knows best. We look forward to getting many years out of our new hot water heater! We know if anything goes wrong with it we can trust them to take care of it! more
