Antonino Bertolo knows how to make the perfect sauce with the perfect balance of spices. He uses only fresh ingredients, like fresh basil and oregano. I usually never eat plain cheese pizza, but found that the true genius of the spices comes through in his simple yet perfect blend of tomato sauce, spices and fresh italian cheeses on his crust with a hint of honey. I was fortunate to also be there one day when they had just finished making their meatballs from scratch. Unbelievable! But my favorite spot is at the new classy Wine Bar. I study wines and their wine list is a fairly good example of each type of wine at a very
reasonable price. Not to mention that the bar is a fun place to hang out at with out all the noisy college students running amuck! They are still a nice family atmosphere where adults can enjoy a nice draft beer and a refreshing selection of fine wines that won't break the bank!
