Very rude girls working here - a few are nice but the majority are nasty. The ice cream and chocolate is good but overpriced. Not going back. more

Good: I love everything they have there. There are sweets for diabetics, fruit jells, frappes, old-fashioned sodas, jelly beans, novelty chocolates, stuffed animals, fruit toppings, nut toppings, marshmallow, cookies, you name it, they've got it. And real whipped cream. They're not stingy either! This place is not for the faint of heart and you'll appreciate the care that goes into everything they make as soon as you take the first bite/sip.. Bad: Sure, sometimes the lines are long: Valentine's Day, Easter, middle of summer, but the staff works hard and if you've ever had their products, you know it's worth the wait!. Improvements: I'd love to see more seating at the Depew location. It's a shame that the lot doesn't leave much room to expand. If you increase the seating, you cut down on parking. The only other thing I can say is keep doing what you do! Please!. Other: For David S - A sample is not meant to be a full-sized portion. It's a SAMPLE! And it's offensive when a patron wastes the precious time of a high-traffic locally owned/operated establishment then requests others to BOYCOTT the restaurant because they thought an employee was rude. As for taking your business elsewhere? GREAT! They don't need your money because the rest of us in WNY are LOYAL & SUPPORT our local businesses. Like Frank S said - take your money to Dairy Queen & leave the good stuff for others.. more

My husband is from Lancaster N.Y. as a child his mom would always buy him Antoinette's Orange Creams for the Holidays. His mom passed many years ago and he moved to Mi. He always told me about Antoinettes and how much he loves their chocolates. One year I called and had them ship my husband Orange Creams for Valentines day. He Cried!!! He was so excited... Now it has become our tradition. when we are in N.Y. we always stop. They are the best. more

Anyone who posts negativity about this magnificent establishment does not deserve to enjoy the treasures they serve. are you serious? how could you ever post anything negative about Antoinette's? seriously, please keep dairy queen in business and spare us ice cream connoisseurs the pain of ever having to see your faces at such a beautiful place. the audacity of the ignorant folk who try and deter new comers from the most wonderful experience Antoinette's has to offer. shame on you and your fiance!!!! more

My fiance goes into Antoinette's in Depew and asked for a sample with her order, she wanted the patty, the clerk gave her a smaller piece of chocolate, my fiance saw it was busy in the store and said, that's ok, I don't need it, the clerk told her "NO YOU DON'T" Please help me and boycott Antoinette Sweet's. more

One of the things I miss most about home is Antoinette's. When back in town, they are at the top of my "Must Do" list! Their hot fudge sauce, home whipped cream and ice cream -- not to mention chocolates -- are on my Top Three Finest Chocolates list. And the folks there are courteous and know their business. I lived not to far from Antoinetts a couple years ago and every month we go there for a sweet treat. The chocolate is so sweet and perfect, they would win over the famous Hersheys. this is a HIGHLY recommended place to go for chocolate cravings. lets just say that if you order the sunday, you wont be able to finish it, thats how RICH it is. more

As a small child we use to visit my grandparents at least twice a year in Buffalo, driving from CT. We always made a special trip to Antoinette's to bring candy back to CT with us. Over the past 5 - 8 years now I have been ordering candy via the phone from Antoinette's for myself and family members. Peter who is the sons owner has always been a pleasure to deal with in placing my chocolate order and getting it shipped out to me promptly. This year, I did not order chocolate and during Christmas with my family, everyone wondered where there box of chocolates were that I get everyone, as they all look so forward to having some of the chocolate cinnamon wafers. So, I guess tomorrow I will be on the phone calling to place an order for chocolate to get to other family members in CT. It truly is the best chocolate and the people that work there are some of the mst cordial people you will ever deal with. If I could vote more than five stars I certainly would. more

This is the best place to get the malt sweets we remembered as a kid. They have every kind of ice cream available. My kids always remind me whenever we go by there to stop in. Your eyes will light up when you walk in there but your belly will be full when you were done. They have great waitresses too that are very friendly. You are sure to leave with a smile on your face! more

Antoinette's Chocolates has an old fashioned soda fountain which serves REAL ice cream they make themselves on the premises. With the very first spoonfull, you'll practically feel the butterfat coursing through your arteries. Now that's genuine. I've been going there 20 years and I always get the same thing. Cinnamon ice cream old fashioned sundae with whipped cream and their own special French Chocolate Pudding Topping. Like most everything else there, they whip the heavy whipping cream on the premises themselves and pipe it through a baker's bag onto your sundae. Try one of their many combinations, or make up one of your own. You'll be hard pressed to find better ice cream on the planet. Even though I now live 1500 miles away, there is no way I'd be in Buffalo and miss Antoinette's ice cream! The chocolates are pretty good too! more

Antoinette’s Sweets located on Transit Rd. Depew has fine chocolates, homemade ice cream and whipped crème. This candy and ice cream shop has a large variety of Easter candy at Easter as well as other novelty candy year round, depending on the season. This shop is always busy in the evening and the employee’s are always friendly. more
