This would be a great place to work out if it wasn't for a personal trainer that they have there. I don't know if he is employed by Annex or like a contractor that works out of that location but he really takes the cake. He cares more about himself than he does his clients. I spent more time watching him looking at himself in the mirror than helping me with my routine. He comes across as this big time former athlete but after a little bit of digging it turns out that everything he has said about his former football "career" was false. His big claim to fame so far is a 1st place finish in his first bodybuilding contest that featured 2 other people in his weight class. The sad thing is that he was being trained by someone else and since he took over his own training he has finish no higher than 6th and that only had 8 people competing. He is such a joke and I would never hire someone that doesn't have some success to back up his work other than what his mouth tells me. Heck he hasn't even competed this year because his own training routine isn't working for him. Annex could do a lot better than Mike Mixell.
Cons: Personal Trainers
