In January 2009, I took my aging dog who had symptoms of heart failure - three fainting spells, cyanotic gums - into this emergency clinic. After she sat in the back for three hours, alone, in a cage, I found that they had not triaged her - even after she collapsed in the arms of one of the receptionists. She had no treatment, no oxygen, no nothing.
Pros: Not a single thing
Cons: My dog in heart failure was not even triaged
