BEWARE!!! It is Anya's personal mission to destroy this clinic one customer at a time. I have been going to this vet for years and I have never been treated as horribly as when I have to deal with Anya. First of all, her only job is to answer the phone and book appointments, but she is completely incompetent to do that. If you book an appt for a Wednesday, it's your best guess what Wednesday she has you down for. Really it's all about what Anya wants and not about what the customer requests. I don't think even she knows bc her head is so far up her butt. Maybe she is also illiterate and that's why she gets all these simple things so badly mixed up? And then to top it all off, she has the audacity to be rude to you when you show up for the appt you booked, that she incorrectly took down! While Anya is by far the absolute worst, there are other front counter people that suck almost as bad. It is apparent that the Dr there, Meyers, doesn't care at all how his long time customers are treated. Nobody over there knows anything about customer service. I actually think they don't want customers, it is clear Anya doesn't bc she has committed herself to running them off one by one. It is really a shame, this place was once, before the previous Dr's death, a nice place to take my animals. Now all I get is hung up on, literally, by the receptionist Anya. BEWARE!!!
