We have 4 days before we are to move in to this complex. At first glance, it looks nice and the staff is very nice and helpful until the time you sign the lease. After that they feel they've got you hooked and become rude, more uncompromising and unmoving than ever before. It began when Marissa proceeded to badmouth one of the other properties we told her we were considering. They had us sign a lease weeks ago, however just now (at the eleventh hour) were we notified that we had just been approved and needed an additional $500 deposit (which HAS GOT to be illegal in some fashion). When I asked the manager, Sonia, why they waited until the last minute to notify us of this, she immediately proceeded to turn it around on us and shift blame. They think way too highly of themselves, stating that they normally do not try to get someone approved after 48 hours of unsuccessful attempting. We were also required to provide a criminal background check when a red flag popped up on one of our names. The leasing agent, Ashley, told us that she knew from the physical description of the felon it clearly wasn't either of us (which apparently is against company policy). However, that was also turned around on us, as we were told that they had to make ABSOLUTELY sure. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE, not even my worst enemies.
Pros: nice curb appeal
Cons: rude, unhelpful, and unknowledgable staff
