We needed new tires. We did our research and chose America's Tire in Elk Grove, CA based purely on price. While the price is the lowest around the staff was sloppy. The mileage on our vehicle was improperly recorded low by more than 5,000 miles which may cause an issue if I need to use the warranty later. Also the technician let her drive away without understanding she had NOT received an alignment, as she had requested. Pros: null Cons: null more

these guys are great... will typically service your vehicle early despite the fact the facility is still closed. ie. store opens at 830am.. they see me waiting at 815.. they'll service my car at 815... guys are friendly... been going to them the last couple years.. very grateful that they are very close to my home more
