I went there to get my first set of artificial nails. They did not moisturize my hands, and only asked me to wash them at the very end. They did not trim my cuticles. They used a coarse nail file on the surface of my nails, rather than the usual buffing tool. It hurt at the end when they were using the nail file directly on my skin to remove some stray glue. My nails look very bad. Some are longer or shorter than others, some of the tips are crooked, some nails are square, others are rounded, and others are like triangles. The thickness of my nails is not the same. It doesn't feel like my right pinkie has anything covering the part near my cuticle whereas my left thumb has goop all over my cuticle, which is peeling off and left a sharp edge that catches my hair.
Pros: not crowded, convenient location, open til 9pm
Cons: poor quality, sometimes painful
