I was stolen from all three times. When I brought it to there attention, they said they would look into it. A week later I called back. They said they had fired the girl and that was that. They weren't overly concerned about how I felt having one of their crews back in my house. I had one more cleaning coming to me but I asked to have a refund instead as I was not comfortable letting them back in. They refused, it was either the cleaning or nothing. Loosing a customer or getting bad word of mouth did not mean as much to them as the $75 I was asking to be refunded. In the end, they told me that I was the one being unreasonable.
