The "best guy they had" Jack came out to see what was wrong w my frig.He checked it and said the frig was not able to be repaired because freon was leaking through the walls. He said I should follow him to their shop and pick out a USED frig of theirs and they would take my unrepairable frig Now i have a stainless steel french door freezer on bottom it's only 4 yrs old and I didn't want another frig. I loved my frig! I felt something wasn't right so instead I called another appliance co. with top ratings from Angie's List. They came and put control panel in it and freon and it's been working fine! I 'm so happy I didn't believe them and give them MY frig They wanted to sell it I'm sure and they could of got $900.00-1200.00 for it. I'm so discusted they can try to scam people like this!!! BEWARE OF AMERICAN APPLIANCE IF THEY SAY YOUR APPLIANCE CAN'T BE FIXED GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!! If they were going to do it to me they'll do it to you!!!! more

My dad has been using this company for years and never once had a problem. I have used them myself for refrigerator repair andappliance purchases. I have never had anything but excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and adequate products. I would highly recommend american appliance. more

rent Thur Coldwell Banker and they use these idiots (in my opinion) for repairs and cost me alot of money, time. They LIE they say they have ordered parts and are installing new ones. I has forced by Coldwell to have these so called repair people to my house 4 times to repair My Refrigerator. I say forced by Coldwell and yelled at from the manger at Coldwell..This is after 18 months of paying rent ON TIME. After being told this time it is the right part, this time it is a new part.. I would go buy more food and drinks then to have to throw them away cause it WASN'T fixed. The 1st time Armor Appliance came out, it was fixed. The tech new right away it didn't look right, left and was back in an hour with the right part & NEW and showed me the difference in the parts..My guess is these jerks were taking parts from ANY refrigerator from their shop hoping it would work and Costing Me MONEY & TIME and Arguments with Coldwell. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ! STAR THAT IS WAY TO MUCH! But it won't post without it. more

I was told by the owner, Mike, that they will remove the old Refrigerator when the new was delivered. However, they left the old one in the middle of the dinning room. I called a few times and talked to Mike. Each time he gave me the date and time they would remove the old one, but it never happened. more

I've bought a few used appliances here when in a financial crisis. They offer warranties and offer very good prices for their products. I bought a year old refrigerator in great shape for $150. If you don't mind something that's used (but thoroughly cleaned), check them out. They get new inventory in every single day. They also offer great in home service on any appliances. more
