Their sales pitch is to get you in the door, sell you an up front, 2k dollar package, and never give an appointment to you. I went to one laser treatment and the second treatment was supposed to be scheduled in July 07. They gave me the run around, managers got fired, and I was never able to schedule my appointment. They will schedule you out 6 or 7 months in advance and never give you a confirmation call for your appointment (who doesn't do that?) on the hopes that you will miss your appointment. I had been going to American Laser Centers in Pasadena for about a year and I was so happy with the service and my results. I loved the staff and especially the manager. Well one day, to my surprise, the long time manager, Ashley was gone! They said she had taken a better job somewhere else. I was so sad! She was the reason I signed up and the reason I reffered 3 of my closest friends and the reason I continued my treatments in that location even though the West Hills location is so much closer to my house. I had contemplated transfering, since she was no longer there, but I decided I'd stick it out and keep going in....Well today I went in for my treatment and ASHLEY WAS BACK!!!!!!! I was so happy I couldn't contain myself. I never wanted to complain but things were so bad after she left....as though someone had sucked all of the life and energy out of everyone there! The staff kept changing and things were clearly going downhill! Now that our Ashley is back, I know she will get everything on track again! Pros: Great staff / manager - Excellent results Cons: They don't validate your parking more

i used to go here before it was american laser center and it was amazing. the nicest staff, etc. once it switched they didn't value my contract with the previous owners and the rudeness of the new manager is beyond beleif. they cancelled appointments that took months to book because of equipment and said they would refund me but didn't hold true to their promise. all the good people who worked there got fired, go figure. some of the staff are nice still i am sure but that manager or whoever is the boss of the place should not deal with customers in such rude and harsh ways and is not fit to run a customer based business. what a shame. if anyone knows a good laser hair place in this area please let me know. more

They take your money, then they won't give you an appointment unless you want one months down the road. And, their equipment breaks during the appointments. Cons: expensive, cant get appointments, bad equipment, sales pressure, terrible manager more
