Do NOT use this company. They butchered $2,000 in shirts of mine and didn't compensate a penny. Kevin, the manager, is uncommonly rude and dishonest.\r

The specifics. On one white shirt, they put huge yellow stains all over it and, after weeks, couldn't get the stains out. On another five, they melted the buttons and fabric by frying them in the machine iron, despite my having paid $4/shirt to have them hand-ironed. When I provided them buttons to repair the damage, they then cut up the fabric around the buttons such that some can't be replaced at all. \r

All told, I now have 6 shirts either ruined or badly damaged. Despite my extreme patience and daily visits over the course of a month, they never refunded or compensated a penny for the damage. Kevin the manager was rude and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, fixing mistakes, or honoring store repair policy.\r

This is easily the worst cleaning service I've ever encountered. The storefront is filthy. They fail to provide the service they charge for. They destroy clothing. They worsen problems when asked to fix them. And they treat customers horrendously. Avoid them at all costs.
