Why are you selling puppies! 12/16/2006

I saw a Weimaraner sold by these people. Looked terrible!! Open sore on the lip and a huge hernia that they told the buyer that it wasn't an issue!! I didn't ask how much was payed but was told it was alot, and there was no refund, which is the usual at puppy mills. Though usually they will offer to pay for the vet or medications as long as you see the vet the puppy mill uses! I am checking this out as soon as I can, but I needed to post this asap to stop any puppy for profit situations where dogs are being neglected. Also there were those bumps on the face from not being cleaned. Buyer Beware!! more

BEWARE- More Concerned about getting your $$$ than ANYTHING 8/5/2006

I was VERY disapointed. My dog, who is a senior (10 year old Great Dane) had difficulty adjusting his first day. When I picked him up he was lying on his bed which was urine soaked, and surrounded by treats and food that wasn't his like they were doing whatever they could to get him to eat ANYTHING. He obviously didn't do well, and when I asked about simply being charged for the nights I used, as opposed to the $999 multi-night package I initially purhcased, I was told "NO REFUNDS." The owner, Chris, has NOT returned any of my calls. I woudln't trust my dog here, and don't think the owner cares about doing what's best for the pets, or the owners! more

My dog and I love it 12/8/2005

I hate going off to work and leaving my dog at home all by himself. When I come home he seems depressed because he has been by himself for almost 9 hours with nothing to do. Then I discovered America Dog and Cat hotel. This place is amazing. The people here are very friendly. It's a little doggy daycare for my dog. He is no longer bored or depressed when I see him after work. He gets a great workout with the other dogs and lots of love from the staff. more

I loved it 9/23/2005

As far as I can tell my cats loved it as well. I dropped the cats off here when my husband and I went away for a long weekend. We went to see the place before actually dropping the cats off. I fell in love with the staff they are true pet lovers which made me feel safe. They kept my two cats together which also made me feel good. The price is a bit more than the vet but to keep them happy instead of in a cage all day it is worth it to me. I will be back. more

A place for your pet 7/7/2005

This place is really cool, it's like a hotel and daycare combined for you dog or cat. They give you the first day free and free tours before you apply. You can leave your pet there as long as you like. The people there are really friendly and are animal lovers. They offer indoor park and private suites for your dog, and a three story condo for your cat. more
