High ratings are warranted for friendly staff, appealing facility, and timeliness. However, my instructions didn't seem to be understood by the stylist. I requested a shampoo and style, but was scheduled for an up-do, "just in case." When I met the stylist, I asked for a "blow-out," for a semi-formal wedding in which I was a guest (not part of the wedding party). When I saw her apply the curling iron, I presumed it was for a soft effect, and clarified by giving additional instructions, "soft, but not frilly," and ended-up with something suitable for a bridesmaid. I asked her to re-do it which she did. But I still ended-up paying the up-do price, and didn't complain because she spent the time. Plus tip.
