My Partner DeeDee is allergic to gluten, so when she discovered there was a crust less pizza we called up to order one. Okay, the guy on the phone didn't speak English, so we gave our address information in Spanish but couldn't relay what we wanted, he didn't seem to understand crust less. Why was he taking phone orders? That evening we called our back up Pizza bar.\r
Following week we thought to go down to the Greenlake Restaurant, DeeDee got to order her crust less pizza and I ordered the Pizza Amore (#19). Artichoke, onion, Mozzarella, Olives (fresh Kalamata). It was so flimsy I had to use a knife and fork then discovered the dough was uncooked from the crust in. I asked the waitress to fix it, she suggested putting it back in the oven, I doubted it would work, having some experience making bread. 10 minutes later it was back, very brown outer crust and topping frizzled up. The dough was still uncooked so our waitress took our order for another. When it returned, it looked like the second attempt, but I could actually pick up the slices without it collapsing. By this time I was really hungry so I ate it but it certainly wasn't worth the $16 for a 12"" pizza. They need another chef at least on Sunday evening who knows how to make and cook dough. DeeDee's crust less was very mediocre and had finely ground meat in the sauce that did nothing for the flavour.\r

I doubt this restaurant will be there much longer, ideal location to justify the prices, nice view of Greenlake.
Pros: If the Greenlake Bar and Grill is full, you could get a beer here to enjoy same view.
Cons: Needs a chef
