Amanda's Auto Tags & Notary

We decided to take advantage of the fact we were in the Quakertown area visiting family and stopped by Amanda's auto tags to have some lien paperwork filed. Living out of state, military, makes it difficult enough to deal with the usual vehicle paperwork, we didn't think Amanda's auto tags would make it harder. They gladly filled out the required paper work to change the Lien on our title and quickly billed my credit card, however 5 months later PENNDOT has yet to recieve any change. When you try to contact Amanda's the phone ALWAYS goes to voice mail and i have yet to get a call back. I would definitly recomend going to another location as the customer service is lacking at this location! So now thanks to Amanda's i have a bank that still does not have proof of thier lien on the tilte and will most likely have to pay again to have this service done by someone else! more

I was excited to use this service because it was pretty close to my home. I was told what I needed done would take 1-2 weeks. It's been over a month now, and no results. I have left numerous VM asking for a call back, and no response. I have yet to call this business and have a "live" person answer the phone. It always goes right to VM. I'm very disappointed and would suggest going to another business for your auto tag needs. ....a place where you can get some good customer service. more
