they did a good job and very fast but they did not finish it. i called to see if they would and it would up to a week to fill the hole in the my wall. bugs and ants were coming in.

Great work and follow-up 2/12/2014

Recently, we had an occasion to use Alvarez for a remodel of the kids bathroom. Buck, Douglas and Robert were all very professional and courteous. Each took the time to explain what was being done and when the work took longer than expected explained the "what" and "why". I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Any future needs, they will be called first. more

This is my first experience with Alvarez Plumbing Co. and I’ve decided they are now my only plumber of choice going forward. They are prompt and courteous. Thoroughly explained our problem with detail as well as addressing a more permanent solution versus a temporary fix, so I will add – these guys are honest. Their work was thorough and performed with expertise. Our problem is now resolved and Alvarez Plumbing is tops on our list. Plumber, Jeremy,called to verify what needed to be done. He arrived at the time he had indicated in his phone call. He proceeded with the job in a very thorough and professional manner. When the work was complete, he took time to clean up after himself, show me how things were working, and to answer my questions . more

Came to replace leaking pipe in bathroom 12/23/2013

Jay was professional and I was not charged extra for Saturday because they were too busy to come out on Friday when I called. Jay explained the problem and what he was going to do and was efficient. Excellent service and experienced technician. more

Excellent! 12/19/2013

Robert from Alvarez Plumbing was very good. He found the problem and it was an unusual problem. There was a forty inch root in my toilet that came from underneath the foundation. It was from one of the oak trees in front of our house that was looking for water. My drain had been slow and I thought I was just calling someone to unstop my toilet! more

Very professional and detailed 12/5/2013

Had my annual back flow testing performed by a technician named ziggy he called prior to testing to set up the test the day before test he called to confirm our appointment. On the day of the test he was on time and since I didn't know what a back flow was I asked if I can watch him perform the test. He took me through every step of the test. Unfortunately my back flow failed the test. I was given a quote on The repair I thought at first it was pricey but after calling 8 different companies Alvarez had the best price and warranty for the entailed job. I called and gave the go ahead. Once again the same technician ziggy came out to repair the back flow as prior the scheduling was done for my convenience and the tech showed up on time. He was very polite and professional something other companies lack. He repaired the equipment in front of me as he did the test. From the beginning of my encounter with Alvarez plumbing to the end they were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great plumbing company. more

Bath/Shower cartridge replacement 12/4/2013

Jeremy F came and replaced the bath/shower cartridges with new ones. He showed me what was wrong with the old ones and explained how they (new ones) were installed. No more water running out of the faucet handles now. Thanks! more

Alvarez was great. They were EARLY for our appointment, went the extra mile to fix my issues and when they left, you never knew they had been working in the house. I'm not used to such good service! more

Caring and friendly service. Did not solve the problem. 10/31/2013

The service was good. The only thing that disturbed me about Alvarez Plumbing Co. was that I ended up getting something that didn't actually fix the problem. When the two fellows came out here the day I called, they said the leak in my garage was from my water heater. I didn't know how they could tell if the water heater was leaking or not. They said, "You should just assume it is". A different guy brought a new heater out the next day and installed it. Well, the leak was still there. I thought it was kind of weird that they were sure it was the water heater, went ahead and replaced it, and didn't make a difference. more

I liked Alvarez Plumbing Co's workmen a lot! They were so nice and courteous while they solved the mystery of a leak under my house. The work they did was excellent, but I did have a problem with the hole they cut in my stucco not being filled after the job. I hope to hear back from them about that soon. more

Alvarez Plumbing is easy to work with. They recently put in a new sewer line for me and it was a job well done. They're trustworthy and friendly. I have no problem with them being in the house by themselves. I will use them again when needed. more
