they did a good job and very fast but they did not finish it. i called to see if they would and it would up to a week to fill the hole in the my wall. bugs and ants were coming in.

Jay worked very heard on Saturday and did a great job removing and replacing my leaking water heater in a reasonable time. My second time calling Alvarez and will do so again. more

Called late Saturday morning with a new problem. Got a call back very quickly. On the way to my house, Doug and Robert were diverted to an emergency. Nice to know that Alvarez knows how to set priorities....mine got fixed in good time. Nice guys; great service; fair price. Thanks so much. more

Get treated like a millionaire 5/22/2014

As a former customer service trainer...I know the importance to synchronize a team. May I add you have exceeded my expectations. David's introduction to assure the job will get done was reassuring ..Willie's personal touch of treating me like part of the family was so rewarding and pleasant...and then the follow up of Ty was the golden seal. Now that you have shared your success methods with me ...when is the book being written on how to treat a customer like a million even though they spend a modest price...ahhhh a little humor with lots of reality behind it. Excellent teamwork effort. more

Doug and Robert were very professional. Resolved the issue I had in no time and were very honest about charges. Fantastic Experience 5/16/2014

I contacted Alvarez to come out to replace my old leaky kitchen faucet. The original appointment was set between 11am and 2pm today. I had asked if someone could co me out before 11. David said they would do the best they can. They did better than expected. Robert called around 9:15 and arrived by 9:30. He did the job in less than 45 minutes and saved me about $30 in the process. I typically do not write these type of reviews and I do not impress easy. In this case I must make an exception. Alvarez Plumbing has tremendous customer service and the rates are very reasonable. Robert was very professional, pleasant, personable and knowledgeable and did a superlative job. And my wife says she is so happy he fixed her sink. Before you think about calling any other company call Alvarez Plumbing......5 stars plus...plus...plus. more

Quick. Courteous. Clean 5/15/2014

I called Alvarez Plumbing at about 2pm when I realized I could not complete a plumbing job I started. In less than one hour, Doug and Jay were at my front door, ready to go to work. They needed to go to Lowes to pick up the proper cartridges for my faucet, but replaced a hose bib outside the house and both the cut-off valves under the sink, which were frozen and inoperable. They were quick, courteous, clean, and I will use Alvarez in the future without hesitation. more

Great service 5/12/2014

I have had Alvarez do all of our work. We have had Robert and Doug on our jobsite on and off for months and they always do a great job. We have also had Eric and George` the last few times. An we had all four last week on our jobsite. They were very responsive to our needs. Thank you and keep up the good work. more

Fantastic Job!!! 5/9/2014

From the onset of our meeting with Jody at Alvarez to discuss our needs and then to watch Jeremy and Clemente tear out and remodel our bathroom, we are so impressed and pleased, we can't say enough wonderful things. Jeremy and Clemete did a fantastic job and I can't stop smiling everytime I walk into the bathroom and see the new fixtures and tile and how everything is just so bright! They were great to work with, they are personable, reliable, went above and beyond to explain each step of the process and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I will not hesitate to hire Alvarez again. They do excellent work. more
