Aloha Glass

Totally blew me off, over and over again. Kept saying they needed to call me back (when simply trying to make an appointment), then wouldn't. Repair person didn't show up. When I called to ask if the repair person was still coming, the person answering the phone said--you guessed it--"let me check and call you back." Never did of course. Wanted to tear my hair out. They repaired the sliders on my sliding door previously, but the sliders broke 2-3 years later and need to be replaced again. more

Called to have a glass top made for my dining room table. They came out to measure, but it didn't instill a lot of confidence in me. The paper template wasn't taped down, only creased along the edges, (and recreased several times). Didn't hear from them for couple of weeks as to status, phoned them and they weren't aware I had received no phone call. Finally got an appt to come out to install glass, it didn't fit. Gee..big surprise. Would call me when new glass was ready. No communication for the next several weeks. I called, didn't know (again) that I had received no communication. Would call me and let me know the status of my order. Talked with the owner himself, he assured me someone would get back to me. Didn't. Long and short, order placed in February, now mid April, no glass, no phone calls, no idea of status. Totally disgusted. Guess they aren't interested in my business. Cons: No return phone calls, no status update, lost order, etc. more

We used aloha glass when our windows were broekn from a break-in and they were very helpful and replaced the glass and screens very quickly. There prices are very responsible. more

I met the owners of Aloha Glass thru my place of employment. After learning they do glass repair and window replacement, we had some windows in our home replaced. Aloha Glass, actually located in Aloha, is a great family owned business. They offer competitive prices on a variety of services, such as: Thermo Pane, Resid. Glass, Screens, Table Tops, Mirror, Plexi Glass, Windows & Patio, and Door Repair. We have used their service twice and both times we were very pleased. They answered all of my questions and were able to give me an accurate cost over the phone. When they were finished, I was even more pleased. They did a great job! more

I took a mirror to Aloha Glass because the corner had been broken off and I wanted to try to salvage the rest of the mirror. Without hesitation, the people took my mirror to the back and minutes later when they returned, they brought back my mirror with the corners trimmed off and finished beautifully. The "new" mirror looks so much better than the old one; a little more character with it's corners trimmed. They were very nice to work with, reasonable as far as prices go and very quick. I would recommend them for windows, mirrors and screen work. more
