You know how hard it is to get respect, fair prices and good explanations from a lot of auto places when you’re a single lady. Here at Allstate in Desoto I have been treated with perfect courtesy, honesty and service that goes beyond fairness. I was so impressed with my initial contact with them that when I needed my engine replaced, I had my car towed from more than and hour away, and it was definitely worth it. I feel that the real test of an auto repair company is how they handle unexpected complications. We had a couple of those on my car, and they were committed to finding the problem, didn’t charge me any extra, and were gracious about my needs and about the extra work. They just wanted to see my car working perfectly for me (I wanted that also!) and they made sure that was the outcome.
I will continue to bring my car the 70 miles to this garage for any major repairs I might need in the future, because they have completely earned my trust.
