I received a phone call re-guarding an account of my daughters who is away in college. I explained to the representative named Regina that she was away at college and I handled her affairs. She stated "I aint telling you nothin, and you will give me her number and the number of her father". By this time I was very upset. The representatives tone was rude, hard and demanding. I explained to her that was not possible. The representative then used foul language and continued to demand my daughters number. I asked for her manager. She hung up on me. I called back she answered the phone, I told her I wanted the manager she again hung up on me. I called back again another girl answered the phone she stated I will only let you speak to a manager if you say please. I told her I needed the manager please, This was very demeaning to me. I could hear the other representative laughing in the back ground. I again said please, the second representative hung up on me. I had another family member call and ask for the manager. I spoke with a gentleman who said he was the manager and said he would review the conversation tapes. He did call me back and stated that I was correct his employees were rude and he was sorry.
I am taken back at the thought of these two ladies speaking to anyone in this fashion. This was rude, demeaning, child like behavior. I would really hate to be the owner or CEO of this company and think that this is what was representing my company. If I had a company looking for someone to do collections for me I would stay far away from this one. This type of behavior would ruin any kind of good reputation your company may have.
This company needs to learn you get more from honey than vinegar.
Pros: The manager did return call but was demeening in tone.
Cons: The employees were very rude!
