I bought a guitar tuner for my son and found out his mom bought him another tuner the same day. Went back to return the item the next day since there was no use for two tuners. They had me wait for a half an hour until the manager became available and later on told me that they had no return, no exchange policy. What if the product was a defect? She didn't say all sales are final when I purchased the product but it was printed on the receipt. The prices weren't even good for this "all sales are final" place either, there were about $10 higher than competitors for the tuner but we bought it anyway because we're in a rush. No one should go to this place unless he or she is absolutely sure that he or she is buying a quality product, and this store can't even guarantee that. I strongly advise not doing any business with this one.
