Special extra effort 11/15/2010

Allen Service came to my rescue again. My heat was out and they made the special extra effort it took to keep my family warm. I love the way I am treated every time I call for a service problem. This company is always about great customer service and I recommend them to all my friends. more

Great work 11/11/2010

I called Allen Service on the recommendation of a good friend and I am really glad that I did. The level of detail and real customer service was so much better than any other company that I felt compelled to put it in writing. The people on the phone were very helpful and really kept me up to date on when the service man would be arriving at my home and that was just the begginning. A very clean cut and proffessional young man showed up at my door step with a smile and great attitude. There was no doubt that he new exactly how to diagnoss the problem with my furnace. He gave several options to choose from and did a first class job of getting me fixed up. I will recommend Allen service to all my other friends for sure. Thanks for the great work and excellent service. more

Thoroughness and quality 11/9/2010

I have used several service companies since I moved to the area six years ago and can say that no other company even comes close to the thoroughness and quality of people that Allen Service has. I decided to use Allen this year for our seasonal furnace tune-up on the recommendation of someone at work (thank you) . These people really are about providing great service. I would recommend Allen Service to everyone that asks. They really are as good as you hear about. Thank you Allen Service and please keep up the great work. more

Keep their word 11/5/2010

The people at Allen Service keep their word. The service man who replaced our 40+ year old sewer in our front yard was able to do it and save our mature landscaping and front walk, just like he promised. The project was completed in just two days from the start to finish and the only place you can even tell where there was any work done was the the small hole for the trenchless sewer replacement machine. You guys are absolutely the best at anything to do with home service. I have personally been a customer of Allen for over fifeteen years and would not dream of using anyone else. more

I will recommend 11/3/2010

The folks at Allen Service are simply the best once again. Your man James did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. We now have all the hot water we need thanks to all the great questions he asked us. He also did a complete furnace check while he was here so I know we will be safe and comfortable this winter. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks for the great service. more

Really care 11/3/2010

This is one of the best home service experiences I have ever had. The service techs at Allen really care about the customer and must receive great training. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind as I was provided with several options in both areas of my home that needed attention. I now have a first quality water heater that will last for many years of heavy use as my teenagers grow up and our new steam humidifier will keep our home healthy and comfortable this dry winter. Great work at a fair price. Thank you!!! more

This is absolutly the best service experience I have ever had.period! I knew all my options and your tech James really took the time to make sure that I understood everything I was asking about. This is the third time I have used Allen over the last few years and every time, they show up happy and helpful and they really know their stuff. Expensive 9/7/2008

I was extremely dissatisfied with Allen's pricing structure. Although they estimated the job at one price, by the end of the job that number had tripled. I know it could have been done for much less and feel scammed. NOT recommended. more

Good plumbing company 8/17/2005

I have used Allen Plumbing & Heating several times. They've always responded promptly to my calls, been very competent and been more than happy to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it to me. I would use them again both for emergencies and for regular service. more
