WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never do this. Ever. But we spent nearly 5,000 dollars with them on tuxedos, dresses, and my bridal gown and we've had NOTHING but issue after issue. First the woman who helped us quit, and they lost all our files, so the bridesmaids dresses didn't get ordered and came in only a week before the wedding. We had the same problem with the tuxs, and my groom's tux was the wrong size. So, two days before our wedding, they inform us that his tux ""will be in sometime before the wedding"". Really? REALLY?? I drop 5 GRAND with you, and that's your solution? So I called to speak to the manager (don't know his name) and he literally YELLED at me on the phone, told me *I* am making this more difficult and this is all somehow MY fault. Are you friggin' kidding me??? I've never been talked to so rudely in my LIFE. So, the day that is supposed to be the most special, has now ended in tears because this jackass doesn't know how to run a business. What the hell happened to customer service? You messed up and didn't do your job right, but that is somehow MY fault? Like the review below mine. My advice: RUN. With the economy like it is, you CANNOT treat people this way! Absolutely despicable!
