WARNING! Do NOT hire this company to do your work. Janice G and Jerry S. are spot on with their reviews. Ryan is an unreliable manager who makes commitments and then fails to follow through with them. Here's how not to run your business - Don't make an appointment for repairs and then fail to show up for the said apt., only to call almost 4 hours later to explain why you weren't there. We've had THREE no show appointments when the work was supposed to have been completed and no phone call to warn of any delay. They've waited 2 - 4 hours before calling with an explanation for their delay, and only after I have called both their office and Ryan's phone. But beware - Ryan won't ever answer your calls. When I confronted him about that he gave me a line about how I'm not his only client, and he's not going to call back until he has answers regarding my questions....Nice line, I'm surprised he has any clients at all with how unprofessionally he runs this business. Oh, and after the 1st crew came in to clean up the black mold - they left a horrendous mess all over my laundry room/bathroom and I spent 2 hours cleaning up after them. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone else to do your clean up. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and their repair work is seriously lacking professional quality. more

Agree with Jerry S review below. Still haven't completed the job satisfactorily from an insurance bid/okay in August. Will never use this service again. Blinds they replaced from water damage weren't the same quality and broke the first day. Outside finish up is yet to be finished on their paint job. Have taken off more than one day from work, using up annual, just to have no one show up. Had them remove the bid for interior painting from the claim (which they did) because I didn't trust their work. Had them remove the blinds from the bid (which they did). Would love to pay them and move on but they still haven't done the walk through for final okay nor completed the outside touch up. Hard to understand how someone runs a business that way! more

Run, run far away from this company. We hired them to do a repair last year. When they came out, they gave us a quote and time frame work would be done. They took 2 months to do a small job that was quoted to take 1 to 2 weeks. The owner of this company, Ryan Lang, is the worst person to deal with. He is very, very unprofessional, and doesn't listen to complaints. Not only did the repair take a very long time to do, Ryan Lang felt they weren't charging us enough so he raised the bill to a higher amount than originally quoted. Several things were included in the bill that were not completed. When we tried to correct the bill, he ignored us. Then Ryan threaten us with putting a lien on are house if we didn't sign off on the job. I do not suggest you us this company. They were sloppy, needed constant supervision, didn't complete the job as requested or agreed upon, and cost us several months rent on our property. more

All Pro was great! 1/26/2009

I had a sewer backup at my home. The dirty water soaked into two rooms in my basement that had carpet and my wife was panicked about the contamination and the smell. All Pro sent out a two man team and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess and putting my wife's concern's to rest. My homeowner's insurance paid All Pro for their work and I was very pleased with how the job was handled. I highly recomend this company. They know what they are doing!
