All My Sons Moving & Storage

Good: They showed themselves on time.. Bad: They didn't handle and wrap properly. Almost all my stuff were chipped, scratched and even bbq stove's wheel were broken. They dropped our packages, 6 of our storage boxes were broken and I was told any items that are not wood were not covered by their standard insurance policy. They made the claim even impossible. No any response. Very rude. Not recommended at all. They made our moving even more stressful. Money to buy a lesson. more

I'd learned that often times when movers are late, its because they just finished moving someone else. Maybe that person had extra demands and needs that took time. It happens. Often when managers are called with a complaint about a late move, they ask if the customer wants to cancel the move. All of a sudden, the complaining customer, already in a negative mood and prone to inappropriate interpretation, sees this as a "threat" to tell the movers not to come at all. Its the company's natural response that if they can not solve the lateness because THINGS HAPPEN in the moving business, they ASK (i.e., not a threat) if you would like to cancel or reschedule. My friend has used this company before. She had a great experience and had nothing but good things to say. more

The truck was over 2 hours late, and when we called to ask when they would arrive, the manager was rude and said the company never guarantees an arrival time. He threatened to have the moving guys leave us there, all packed up, because I complained about their rudeness and lateness. They arrived at 4:15pm on a Friday, which forced us to pay them to drive across town in rush-hour traffic. Such a bad experience I'm trying to warn people in advance not to use this company. We never will again more
