its not what towing used to be....i recently called allcare to help me tow someones vehical out of my parking spot and they wouldnt do it....i tried telling them that i couldnt get a hold of the mngmt of my apt build and they still refused to do anything....thanks for putting me in a bind, i mean geez am i supposed to suffer just because i did all the right things but wasnt able to get a car towed based on a technicality?? i guess thats a load of crud if I ever seen it
