Nice San Franciscan steak house 3/14/2007

I heard of this place many years and never really had the chance to go. Finally last month went there, they gave me a really warm and an old fashion feel to it. The place is kind of dark with red walls, people are really nice, and the steaks are delicous. Love the steaks. more

alfred's steakhouse 3/20/2006

a san francisco classic steakhouse and i hear one of the oldest. the steak is delicious but i made the mistake of ordering prime rib which was okay. the atmosphere though is something which transports you back. the red velvet decor and booths make for a cozy setting. i would definitely go back to for the steak. more

A Classic 8/13/2005

This is truly an old-time San Francisco steak house, complete with red walls and crystal chandeliers. The corn-fed steak is even on display at the front of the dining room and after a trip over the mesquite charcoal, tastes every bit as good as it looks. The waiters are friendly and efficient, the Caesar salad is award-winning and the chocolate cake is a perfect finish - along with an extensive single malt scotch lists. Give it a try! more
