Ali is the best. There is nothing you won't love about her. My skin has never looked so great and after a session with her I truly am smiling from the inside out... and it shows!...

Have Problem Skin? This is the best facial! 10/21/2010

ALEXANDRA IS AMAZING! I'd go as far to say she is the best facial in the world! I had terrible skin for 11 years and as a result I'm super fussy with who I let touch it. I've tried everything and I know what works and what doesn't. Alexandra is a skin angel I can't say enough good stuff about her. If you have bad skin go and see her, she's awesome, she'll fix you! more

Alexandra makes me feel so comfortable whenever I come in. She has a way of making the occasionally painful facial process go so smooth and quick. The results are always the same - great! I moved out of the area almost a year back, but will continue to make the drive to see her. I'll be a customer for life! Alexandra has transformed my skin 11/17/2009

When I first started seeing Alexandra, I was at the end of my rope. After going off birth control and starting back at being a runner, my skin completely went from glass-like and perfect, to clogged with major outbreaks of acne. My skin texture was also beginning to become rough and the tone was uneven. I've only had TWO sessions with Alexandra, I got her complete facial and microdermabrasion. My skin has completely healed itself and is smooth and the tone has improved dramatically. I look forward to maintaining with follow up treatments. Alexandra is prompt, kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I'm so lucky I found her. She has changed my skin and that has changed my life. I initially tried Alexandra because I got a gift certificate at our child's school's Silent Auction fundraiser (she had GENEROUSLY donated it). Since then, my husband and I both have gone (again). Pros: Friendly, caring, relaxing Cons: parking can be a pain, but worth it -- I ride my bike! more

Alexandra is a wonderful person and an estetician. It's a pleasure to get my facials from her. She is skilled, nice, polite, gentle, and considarate. I like the cosmetics she uses. OMG. OMG. OMG. 6/6/2008

I'm so happy that I discovered Alexandra. My skin is dry, very sensitive with some rosacea. Oh, and a bit of oiliness to boot. Yeah, it's a struggle to keep it in check. Therefore, it was so hard to find a facialist that really understood my skin and produced the results I was hoping for 'til Alexandra. She's awesome! I tried her Signature Facial which includes microdermasion and, I was hesitant at first, but my skin responded so well to it. After her facial, my skin just feels so smooth and looks so healthy and clean. I'm telling you, Alexandra is on fire! She knows her stuff. Plus, she's lovely and charming. However, don't take my word, look below at all the glowing reviews and try her. I did and it was the best thing I did for my skin. Pros: Signature Facial with microdermasion! Great location. Cons: None. more

Good bye Kate Somerville. Hello Alexandra Wagner!!! 6/3/2008

I moved to L.A. six years ago and I've spent a lot of money and time going from place to place in search of a really good facial. Went to many of these celebrity endorsed places that tout themselves as having ""advanced technologies"" and ""unparalleled service and results."" Wrong! I would always end up walking out of the place with a cute bag filled with over-priced products that were pushed on me with claims that they would do ""miracles"" and a high-priced mediocre facial. Also, I guess because they have a celebrity clientele, these places feel they are doing their non-celebrity clients a favor because the presumptuousness is palpable the minute I stepped in the place. No warm welcome here. As for the facial itself, if you claim to be ""health skin experts,"" then apply that so called expertise and give me a good facial. Don't just massage my skin! Don't massage my feet! Don't slather me with creams that make me feel I could have done this at home. Seriously, I would always walk out feeling like I had just been duped. Pros: Amazing facial!!! Cons: None. more

Baby soft skin 2/14/2008

I've never had a facial before, so I'm not the best judge, but all I know is, I wish I lived in california and could make Alexandra a part of my life. I had my first facial almost two weeks ago and my face is still baby soft, clear, smooth and glowing, for real! I loved the oxygen treatment, the steam, the deliciously yummy smeels of the lotions and oils, the relaxing room, and especially the knowledge and expertise that Ali brought to her table, literally. Plus, her office space and neighborhood were very cool. Not a great fan of the picking and plucking, but it was well worth it, because I have not seen a blemish or bump since. Plus, she waxed my brows for me and finally taught me how to shape them correctly. I highly recommend Alexandra to anyone looking for a personalized experience with 100% indivudual focus and energy. She is amazing! more

My skin used to clog and break out regularly and this was something I just accepted until I started going to Alexandra. After just seeing her once I noticed a difference in my skin, so I kept going back, and going back. Absolutely no pressure from her, but the results were just amazing. She was so cool, the environment was totally relaxing, and most importantly I noticed a difference in my skin practically right away. I NEVER break out anymore and my skin has totally improved. When I have an appointment coming up, I get excited for it because she's fun, it's sooo relaxing, and my skin glows afterwards. I highly recommend her. more

Best Facial in LA 12/1/2007

Okay I've had a lot of facials because of acne , now I haven't been to everyone in LA (this would be a feat) but I have been to the ones commonly known as the best by most major mags and word on the street. And Alexandra is the best for the best price. Her facial is what a facial should be: a skin CARE appointment, I don't get a facial after work because I want a spa experience I go get a facial because I want my skin to look and feel beautiful. And she delivers. If you have acne and you listen to this woman she will help you get rid of it. Pros: Great Skin and Great Environment Cons: There are none more

Alexandra Turned my old skin into GOLD! 9/27/2007

I have had several facials in my day, but no one and i mean no one does it like Alexandra. She gets to the core of things while maintaining a very soft touch. After my most recent appointment she sent me home with a new skin care routine. I hate skin care routines! I have a ""no routine"" rule. BUT...seeing how im not getting any younger, i took her advice and tried this fancy stuff Emergenc E by Pharma cosmetics. OK i swear to you all on a stack of bibles, its a miracle...everyday is like Christmas morning. I wake up and practicaly run to the mirror to see the overnite results. No, i do not work for the Pharma cosmetics. Ive really never seen this type of results. Do yourself a favor. This great gal knows her stuff and my (new) skin DOES look like a newborn baby's behind. swear. more

Best Facial Ever 7/6/2007

I have had facials all over town from Berke Williams to Jurlique. And Alexandra is the best. Her new oxygen Microdermabrasion combined with her traditional facial is heaven. My skin has never looked so good. Not only does my skin look great but it was the most relaxing facial ever. Ali's facial made my skin glow! I needed to look good for a photo shoot, and Ali gently removed what is not supposed to be there :) and left my skin soft, supple and ready for the camera. Simply put, there is no one better! more
