In my opinion, there are 3 acceptable ways to serve barbecued pork. You can slice it, pull it, or chop it. These folks have taken it to the next step - processed. Imagine a mediocre pork roast, a little ketchup, sugar, and (believe it or not) cinnamon tossed into a food processor and turned into a stringy paste. Somebody else compared it to what you can get from a can. That's right on the money. If you bypass the canned offerings at the grocery store and go to the refrigerated section, you can find better bbq than this in plastic tubs.
Pros: ample parking
Cons: poor quality barbeque
