I currently live at Alexan Cheyenne, I am not happy with a few things. 1. I frequent the exercise room at least 5 times a week for the last month and I noticed how filthy the exercise equipment is. They have a exercise bike that has not been working for the whole month that I've been going in there as well as a couple of tv's. I did address this with the property manager Annie :-( and she told me that they have cleaning people that clean three times a week. She also stated that the company they were using to fix them equipment went out of business and she is trying to find another company. The equipment is filthy and the same things are broken, it does not take that long to find a company. 2. One of My washroom doors was constantly coming off the track everytime I opened or closed it, I had maintenance come out a few times and it finally stays on track but now the doors are so uneven one is almost touching the carpet and the other one isn't, they are so uneven and it looks bad. I addressed this with Annie the property Manager and she became very defensive and began to raise her voice (very unprofessional). She said that all the doors in every apartment are uneven like that and that they were built off track as if that is ok. She talked down to me as if I was stupid during the conversation and once I had enough I released the call. I do not recommend Alexan Cheyenne to anyone because they will gladly accept your rent money and are not interested in any of your issues or concerns. By the way I gave up my exercise equipment because I had no room in my apartment with the intentions of using the exercise room where I pay rent every month to have access to. I wipe the equipment off as I use it. She says that they have people clean them but when u see the same nasty stains splashed across the tv monitor and are in there 5 days a week like I am, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that somebody is not doing their job.
