I will never do business with this place again! The gentleman who helped me at the store was very nice. However, the rest of the process was less than a pleasure. I was told my jerseys would be ready on Saturday. I never received a call so I called them before I drove out to their location on Saturday, when I inquired about my order I was spoken to as if I was asking for them to complete an impossible mission, and was told ""your order wont be ready until next week sometime ma?am,"" no apology, no concern, just I was an idiot for inquiring. I told them I needed them BY Tuesday at the absolute latest, still not receiving a call by Tuesday at lunch I called them to let them know I would be sending someone to pick up the order at 4pm. Again, the lady I spoke with was rude, and said she couldn?t guarantee they would be ready by that time. I informed her they should?ve been ready on Saturday and that someone would be there at 4pm to have them ready. She was adamant that she couldn?t guarantee that pick up time and that she had until 6 to complete the order. I told her instead of arguing with me, she should get off the phone and go work on my order instead. My teammate picked up the order and said they were rude to her as well. And when she showed me the next morning, the order was wrong. They didn?t print what I had instructed even though my receipt clearly said what was needed, and what I paid for. When I called to tell them they messed up my order, the woman said ""well you can come in and get your $6 bucks."" I asked, ""Well are you sorry you screwed up my order?"" she said, ""well yea but I don?t know what you want me to do, we are very busy."" I told her, that her schedule was no excuse for poor quality and poor customer service; she basically hung up on me. TERRIBLE!!!!
Pros: One gentleman was nice and the jersey quality was good
